Policies

All sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations on any of out ticket sales. Exchanges maybe granted at the discretion of the Box Office and may be subject to an exchange fee per ticket.

Reservations

Missouri State TIX does not accept reservations for any ticket purchases

Patrons must pay for the tickets at the time of the order. Tickets may be ordered by phone, Internet, mail, or in person.

Phone orders

The ticket purchase will be subject to a handling fee per order. Missouri State TIX accepts payment over the phone with debit or credit cards.

Internet

Tickets ordered over the Internet will be subject to a handling fee per ticket that will vary for each show in the amount.

Additional fees may be added to specific events as indicated. Tickets over the Internet may be purchased with debit or credit cards.

Mail

Ticket purchases will be accepted through the mail and are charged a per order handling fee. Tickets may be paid for with check, money order, signed vouchers, or debit or credit cards.

In Person

Tickets ordered in person typically will be charged no handling fee, however, additional fees may apply to specific performances.

Tickets ordered in person may be purchased with cash, check, traveler's check, money order, vouchers, or debit or credit cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be granted at the discretion of the box office management. The following rules guide any exchange considered by box office management.

  1. Tickets must be exchanged at least 24 hours before the actual event in person at any Missouri State TIX location.
  2. Tickets will be subject to a $1 per ticket handling fee.
  3. Tickets may only be exchanged for the same event but a different performance or likewise the same sport only.

Box office management reserves the right to amend or cancel this policy at any time.

Coupons/free tickets

Coupons are applicable only for the event(s) or game(s) as listed on the coupon. Coupons MUST be redeemed in person at any Missouri State TIX location and cannot be combined with any other offer, special discount, and are not redeemable with previously purchased tickets. Other restrictions to coupons may apply.

Patrons with free ticket vouchers or certificates must present the vouchers or certificates in person at any Missouri State TIX location. No phone orders accepted and free ticket vouchers may not be applied towards previously purchased tickets.

 

Beware of ticket scams

Missouristatetix.com, Greatsouthernbankarena.com and Hammonshall.com are the official online points of purchase for ticket purchases. You can access tickets for Great Southern Bank Arena, Hammons Hall, Missouri State Athletics and Theater and Dance online by visiting Greatsouthernbankarena.com, Hammonshall.com and Missouristatetix.com ONLY.

If you purchase tickets from another website or ticket broker, we cannot guarantee that those tickets are valid. If there is a problem with tickets purchased from third-party companies, we will not be able to assist you.

If you believe you are victim of a ticket scam, please use the following information to file a complaint with your state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
